I appreciated Carlos and Jeremy's pleasantries. When my wife and I arrived , we decided to get the buffet lunch. Carlos asked was there a particular type of pizza that we would like to have at the buffet. In all my life of being at a buffet or other shaky pizzas , this is the first time I ever had somebody ask me that. That's high customer service. Carlos was very attentive even just asking is everything ok or did we need anything. Carlos and another older gentleman, who's name I didn't get were always checking to see if we needed a new plate. And the best part, when my wife was taking her plates back, Carlos took it from her and put it in himself. Customer service is a jewel these days. After covid, some places lost it. Shakeys Glendale brought it back. Thank you!!! Sheldon

Had a great experience at Shakey’s Pizza! The food was awesome, everything tasted fresh, and the service was excellent. A special thank you to Jeremy for being so friendly and attentive, he really made our visit even better. It’s a great family friendly spot, and they also have a good selection of beer on tap, so there’s something for everyone. Definitely a place that’s great for all ages. We’ll definitely be coming back. Thanks again!

What a pleasure to visit Shakeys today Thursday evening July 9th. . My Mom and Dad used to take me here as a kid and now they are in their 80s and I took them tonite. To see a friendly helpful crew, to have the mojos and chicken right out of the fryer and have Moms favorite pizza. It was great. Loved the friendliness of the staff and everyone was working and the manager delivering our food to our table was super kind. No wonder the Jeremy crew is doing such a good job. It shows. And super clean too! How great to come back to a place that is still serving Shakeys the way I remember as a kid. THANK YOU JEREMY CREW. Keep it up!

I love shakeys pizza. Been coming here for about 45 years. They never let me down Glendale shakeys is the best. Pizza is always loaded and fresh. The staff is awesome, they treat you like family. Ill drive many miles to come here.

Wow. What service. From the staff to the manager, everyone was so helpful. We ran into an issue in getting the game card read to see how many tickets my nephew had won. They worked so hard on getting it to work, and in the meantime, engaged my 3-yr old nephew so he wasn’t getting antsy or impatient; toddler mentality since we had already told him we were going to see how many tickets he had and what he could get with them. They were so good and patient with him while someone was trying to fix the problem. He had won a decent amount of tickets, but nothing too big, so we knew to stick to the glass case. The pizza was okay, mojos were amazing and on point, wings were okay as well. The level of service from the manager on Saturday, 5/9, and the staff, was impeccable. Kudos for training your staff to still provide wonderful, exceptional customer service. It is rare now-a-days. Big shout out to the manager because it always starts with management and trickles down. Bravo!
